How fast can you replace a broken spring?

Almost always the same day. A broken spring is the #1 reason a door won't lift and it's our most common repair. We replace torsion and extension springs in matched pairs with the correct high-cycle rating, then re-balance and test the door before we leave. Please don't try it yourself — springs are under extreme tension and dangerous to handle.
