A garage door stuck open with the house behind it. A door off its track that will not close. A broken spring with the car trapped inside. A lockout at your own front door at midnight. Those do not keep until Monday, and they are what the out of hours line is for.
A door that squeaks, or an opener you have been meaning to upgrade, is a scheduled visit and costs less. We will tell you which one you have on the phone.
What happens when you call at two in the morning
You get a person, not a queue. We ask what the door or lock is doing, whether anyone is shut out or shut in, and whether the property is secure as it stands.
If it is safe to leave until morning we will say so and book you in. If it is not, we come out. Either way you are told the position before anyone gets in a van.
